30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition.
How to Return
- Email us at evercrestbrands@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return shipping address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at evercrestbrands@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
